<b>Ingredientes:</b><br />

200 g de açúcar<br />
2 tangerinas (ou mais, se forem pequenas)<br />
3 ovos grandes<br />
1 iogurte natural<br />
125 ml de óleo (usei de coco)<br />
200 g de farinha<br />
1 colher de chá de fermento<br />
3 colheres de sopa de sementes de papoila<br />

<b>Preparação:</b><br />

1. Pré aqueça o forno a 180º.<br />
<br />
2. Num recipiente coloque o açúcar e as raspas das tangerinas. Esfregue entre as pontas dos dedos para que as raspas soltem os seus óleos essenciais em contacto com o açúcar.<br />
<br />
3. Junte as gemas, o iogurte e o óleo e bata bem com uma vara de arames para que todos os ingredientes fiquem bem ligados.<br />
<br />
4. Faça sumo com as tangerinas e meça 50 ml. Junte-o à massa.<br />
<br />
5. Adicione a farinha, o fermento e as sementes de papoila.<br />
<br />
6. Bata as claras em castelo e envolva delicadamente na massa.<br />
<br />
7. Coloque a massa numa forma untada e polvilhada com farinha e leve ao forno.<br />
<br />
8. Coza durante cerca de 40 minutos (eu fiz numa forma grande e baixinha, esteve apenas 30 minutos no forno).<br />

800 ml de leite<br />

Faz-se o caramelo com os 180 g de açúcar, levando-os ao lume até atingir o ponto desejado. Carameliza-se a forma.<br />

Coloca-se num tacho o tomilho, o leite e a raspa de laranja. Leva-se ao lume até levantar fervura. Baixa-se o lume e deixa-se ferverpor mais 2 minutos. Retira-se do lume e passa-se por um coador.<br />
<br />
Numa tigela, batem-se os ovos e as gemas com o restante açúcar. Adiciona-se o sumo de laranja e mexe-se bem.<br />
Por fim, junta-se o leite aromatizado e deita-se na forma caramelizada.<br />
Coloca-se a forma no forno pré-aquecido a 165º, em banho-maria, durante 1 hora.<br />
(Eu coloco na panela de pressão e deixo ferver por 40 minutos) <br />
Deixa-se arrefecer totalmente antes de desenformar.<br />

Acrescentar a manteiga derretida e os ovos batidos. Mexer.<br />
Acrescentar depois a farinha peneirada com o fermento, a raspa da laranja, a erva doce e a canela.<br />

150 g de iogurte grego<br />
100 g de fécula de batata<br />
3 ovos m<br />
100 ml de óleo de girassol<br />
2 colheres (chá) de fermento em pó<br />
raspa de 1 limão<br />
manteiga para untar<br />
farinha para polvilhar<br />
açúcar em pó para polvilhar<br />

<b>Preparação: </b><br />
<br />
Bata as claras em castelo bem firme e reserve.<br />
Misture as gemas com o açúcar e bata até ficarem esbranquiçadas.<br />
Adicione depois o iogurte, o óleo e raspa de limão a gosto, batendo sempre.<br />
Acrescente a farinha peneirada, a fécula de batata e o fermento e envolva bem.<br />
Por fim, junte as claras em castelo, mexendo delicadamente para não quebrarem.<br />
Deite o preparado numa forma 22 cm de diâmetro, previamente untada com manteiga e polvilhada com farinha, e leve ao forno, pré-aquecido a 180ºc, durante cerca de 30 minutos.<br />
Deixe arrefecer, desenforme e sirva polvilhado com açúcar em pó.<br />
